Jennifer Puckett

Jennifer Puckett serves as the Financial & Professional Services Account and Sector Lead, for CBRE’s America’s Consulting team. In this role, she solves for the most challenging space problems for our OM clients across Global Workplace Solutions and Advisory & Transaction Services, applying a data-driven approach with superior benchmarking and integrated technology.

Previously, Jennifer was a Senior Director on an account overseeing the Occupancy Planning (OP), Lease Administration, Capital Planning and formerly the Relocation Project Management (RPM) service lines. In this role, she also drove both OP and RPM for the client’s new 40-story office tower in Charlotte, NC and was heavily involved in their post COVID-19 portfolio strategy initiatives.

Prior to this role, Jennifer’s responsibilities included occupancy strategy, business development, service delivery and operations in a platform role overseeing multiple East Coast Accounts. In this role, Jennifer also held additional responsibilities as the Account Director for AOL, Inc.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer as an Account Director at BRG, supported multiple clients with a focus on workplace management solutions and technology services. She has over 30 years of real estate experience with concentration in Strategic Planning, Construction Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Relocation Management. Jennifer was responsible for overall program and project account management for many corporate and healthcare organizations.
