Jennifer Puckett leads CBRE’s Dedicated Consulting Accounts business across all sectors, driving consulting growth strategy, client care, service delivery excellence, team development and innovation. By connecting experts across Workplace Strategy, Occupancy Management, Portfolio Strategy, Change Management and Portfolio Technology, she helps financial and professional services organizations align their real estate portfolios with business priorities.

With more than 25 years in corporate real estate, Jennifer brings deep expertise in occupancy management, portfolio strategy, capital planning and workplace strategy.

Jennifer is known for stabilizing complex, high-visibility relationships and turning ambiguity into practical, scalable strategy. She has guided teams through reorganizations and post-acquisition integrations, strengthened financial governance and reporting, and helped develop the executive dashboards and diagnostic tools that give clients clearer visibility into their portfolios. She serves as an executive point of escalation for her clients’ most complex issues.

Before CBRE, Jennifer spent more than a decade at JLL and its predecessor, Business Resource Group, where she led capital planning, occupancy planning, and lease administration teams for a major utility client’s 14M+ sq. ft. portfolio. Earlier in her career she managed global construction and facilities programs across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global and received the CoreNet Global Corporate Real Estate Partnership Award (Mid-Atlantic) in 2017.
