Jenna Gauntner joined CBRE in 2018 and has built a diverse transactional background across all major commercial asset types, with a primary focus on industrial real estate advisory and transaction services. Representing all sides of the transaction (agency, occupier, investment), she provides strategic guidance on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and portfolio optimization. By the end of 2025, Ms. Gauntner was involved in 300+ real estate transactions valued over $500M, covering over 10M square feet across 25 US states and 12 countries.
Ms. Gauntner’s extensive experience in the industrial sector – including manufacturing, distribution, freezer / cooler facilities, investment, and small-bay flex properties – has positioned her as a trusted resource for clients navigating complex operational, logistical, and heavy infrastructure-driven requirements.
With a background in project management and information technology, Ms. Gauntner delivers a structured, data-driven approach that emphasizes organization, clarity, and efficiency. She combines analytical market insight with creative thinking to help clients evaluate options, uncover value, and make informed real estate decisions aligned with their long-term objectives. Outside of work and volunteering, she enjoys traveling off the beaten path, engaging with people from all walks of life, and making people laugh.
