Jennie Macaluso serves as a Property Manager with CBRE Property Management, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and real estate. She manages a commercial portfolio that includes medical office and industrial properties in southeastern Wisconsin.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Macaluso co-owned a multi-state association management company operating in several states across the United States. In her role as Executive Director for the Institute of Real Estate Management in Madison and Milwaukee, and for the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association in Wisconsin, she was responsible for the organizations’ growth, strategic leadership, management operations and legislative efforts.
Ms. Macaluso also co-owned a local real estate school. She is a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker and has been approved by the State of Wisconsin to teach real estate courses.
As President of the Management division at Mandel Property Services, Inc., Ms. Macaluso was an equity partner in new acquisitions and responsible for strategic direction, profitability and growth of property management division.
