Jennifer Bergamo is a Vice President with CBRE Hotel Group, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Mrs. Bergamo is an Arizona Hotel Broker, and a hospitality industry veteran of over 20 years. She focuses on institutional hotel sales throughout the Southwestern U.S. and mountain states. Mrs. Bergamo’s extensive experience includes hotel dispositions, acquisitions and development advisory with a primary focus on select-service, full-service, lifestyle & boutique hotels. Mrs. Bergamo’s hospitality brokerage experience coupled with CBRE’s platform, enable her to perform hotel brokerage, broker’s opinion of value and quality market research.

Mrs. Bergamo has represented REITs and institutional investors, as well as private capital and family offices. Prior to CBRE, Mrs. Bergamo was Director of Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts overseeing franchise development on the West Coast. During her tenure with Starwood, Mrs. Bergamo notably transacted the first Tribute Portfolio hotels as well as the first Element hotels in California, and she doubled the Aloft footprint while securing strategic new build opportunities for Sheraton and Westin in Southern California.
