Jennifer Casey serves as a Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice, based in New York City. She is responsible for leading Workplace Strategy initiatives between CBRE teams and clients across the nation.
Jennifer has notable experience advising clients through all stages of workplace strategy engagements, from working with executive teams to create next generation office experiences, to the implementation of a global real estate portfolio strategy.
With ten years of commercial real estate experience, Jennifer has a diverse background in office leasing advisory and Landlord portfolio strategic advisory. Prior to joining CBRE, Jennifer advised enterprise Landlords on their leasing and asset management strategies at VTS, providing customized reporting and strategic insights. Prior to VTS, Jennifer was a Tenant Representation Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield where she successfully negotiated over 500,000 SF in office leasing transactions in New York City, advising clients in identifying and aligning strategic business, financial and operational objectives with real estate requirements.
