As Managing Director of the Retail Leasing & Capital Markets business in New York City, Jennifer is responsible for developing and driving the overall growth strategies of both service lines including broker management, recruiting, and platform integration. She also collaborates with the local leadership team to support the firm’s broader initiatives such as DE&I, training and development, and operational excellence.
Jennifer joined CBRE in 2014 as Finance Director supporting a large range of geographical regions within the U.S., working closely with Managing Directors and Operations teams to achieve superior financial results and drive process efficiency.
A native of Chicago, Jennifer collectively has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry on both the Finance and Property Management/Operations sides of the business. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked with Tishman Speyer as Property Manager and was responsible for overseeing all day to day operations at the property, financial reporting, project management & contract negotiation. Jennifer has also held previous Financial Analyst roles at Trizec Properties and Prime Group Realty Trust.
