Jennifer Hsu, MAI, ASA has been engaged in the valuation and consulting services of the commercial real estate industry since 2000. Ms. Hsu has extensive experience in appraising general commercial properties such as retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. In addition, Ms. Hsu specializes in the valuation and consulting for hotels, with an education background from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. She is a part of the National Hospitality & Gaming Group at CBRE. Her experience includes valuing assets for a variety of purposes including mortgage lending, financial reporting, feasibility, assessment appeals, fair market rent, and litigation support. Jennifer is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) – Real Property, with the American Society of Appraisers.
