Jennifer is a dedicated advocate for career development and continuous learning within CBRE BOE’s (Building Operations and Experience’s) Global Operations platform, leading the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Academy.
Her work addresses critical technical talent shortages through innovative, engaging training programs that equip technicians, engineers, experience services, and facilities management employees with essential skills, enhancing operational efficiency and career growth. She has led the development of key transformation initiatives such as CBRE’s comprehensive Career Path Training Matrix, known as the IFM Learning Grid, for over 100 unique global job codes, offering clear and structured career development opportunities.
With a focus on enabling career training engagement, she has led the standardization and alignment of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) global training framework, impacting 40,000+ employees across 70+ countries and seeing a 27% engagement improvement year-over-year. Leveraging Industry partnerships, she has successfully partnered with state-of-the-art technical content suppliers to provide immersive training that simulates real-life service calls. These partnerships have helped to advance the creation of a Global Facility Coordinator Certification program, incorporating best practices and benchmarks from industry-recognized organizations (International Facility Management Association, Institute of Asset Management, The Reliability Leadership Institute, among others) to ensure broad applicability and scalability.
Jennifer’s work continues to center around equipping the industry’s talent pool to ensure a workforce suited to the Industry’s growing needs. Through initiatives such as Technician Week and Global Career Week, she is building systems that engage thousands of team members worldwide and offering one-to-one Career Pathway Advising opportunities to provide personalized support.
