As the Division Client Care Manager for the Midwest, Jennifer is responsible for a combined critically important Client Care analysis and operations function as well as a fundamentally strategic Sales Management role focusing on our Office Investor Services business as a Client Care Manager.
Jennifer focuses on the top 20 to 25 Investor clients who have the biggest impact on our Midwest division as a part of the CBRE Midwest Division Client Care team. She works with our market leaders, our regional Investor leaders and professionals in the field to activate our Midwest Division Client Care program. In addition, Jennifer is a member of our National Sales Management team focusing on our Chicago Investor Leasing, Property Management and Capital Markets lines of business. Her work with Sales Management and Client Care are closely aligned, ensuring continued focus on our Investor clients which will lead to superior outcomes for every client we serve. Jennifer’s skill set and expertise are instrumental in driving results for both the business and our clients in the Midwest.
In her prior role as Senior Operations Analyst for the Chicago and Milwaukee markets, Jennifer was responsible for managing the Property Management financial, logistical and operational business activities. Working with the Market Leader, she developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve market goals along with identifying opportunities to improve service delivery to both internal and external customers Jennifer had oversight and analysis of all financial metrics including Income, EBITDA, Accounts Receivable, Pipeline and other business metrics. She was also responsible for market communication of best practices, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations along with facilitating process improvement.
Prior to 2014, Ms. Johnson was Director of Operations for U.S. Equities Realty, a boutique full service commercial real estate firm which joined CBRE through a merger & acquisition. In her role, Jennifer was responsible for management and oversight of all office operations for the company’s headquarters building. In addition, she provided benefits administration including contract negotiation for the firm’s 300+ employees. Ms. Johnson started her real estate career at U.S. Equities in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant for the Development Management Group on the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County project.
