Jennifer Joseph is a Senior Associate within CBRE's Capital Markets - Institutional Properties and specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. Jennifer has nearly two-decades of investment-grade real estate transaction experience and has played an integral role in numerous high-profile transactions including the Former TRS Headquarter Campus, Intel’s Austin Campus, Barton Skyway I & II, Seaholm and Chase Tower. Since joining CBRE in May 2015, she has completed over $1.9 billion of sales in the Southwest region ranging from single assets to portfolio dispositions.
Officing in Austin, Texas as well as being a native of Austin, Jennifer has developed strong relationships, along with an in-depth knowledge of the local market. Prior to joining CBRE, Jennifer was a financial consultant with GE Capital where she was responsible for all aspects of underwriting and valuations across all product sectors from coast-to-coast.
