Jennifer Klingler is the Director for CBRE's Institutional Properties team in Atlanta. She is responsible for overseeing the production of marketing materials and the financial underwriting and modeling of properties marketed by the team. Ms. Klingler has spearheaded the transactions from the RFP process through closing for more than $6.0 billion in property sales to date.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Ms. Klingler was an Investment Properties Manager for Trammell Crow Company. During her five years at Trammell Crow, she performed the underwriting and analysis of industrial, office and retail investment properties.
