Jennifer Seversen

Jennifer Seversen is a First Vice President with CBRE in Seattle, WA, specializing in Retail Services. She has over 30 years of involvement in the retail real estate business—most of which has been in the Seattle/Bellevue market—as well as extensive market knowledge on the Landlord side of the business. Ms. Seversen developed strong relationships with key local, regional and national tenants, including Bath & Body Works and Emler Swim & Gym and earned their respect through consistent performance and a reputation for being fair. Jennifer has worked with both Westfield (URW) and Brookfield Properties (GGP) on their major malls in the area, and ranked in the top 10 deal markers year-after-year. Ms. Seversen also led the leasing efforts and original redevelopment of University Village in Seattle, completing over 50 deals in 5 years, including Crate & Barrel, Anthropolgie, and Pottery Barn.

A founding broker at Real Retail in Seattle, Ms. Seversen played a key role in the leasing and master planning efforts in South Lake Union for Vulcan Properties. She has been involved with ground-up developments and leasing of all property types throughout her career, including mixed use, big-box, and urban high-street retail. Jennifer is actively underway with a 20+ acre mixed use development in Woodinville, WA, called Harvest. This $900M project has over 150,000 s.f. of retail space, and to date 30+ deals with retail, restaurant, and wine tasting room tenants have been completed. Completion is scheduled for Summer, 2026.
