Jeremy Bernstein joined CBRE's Greater Pennsylvania Multifamily team in May 2026 as a Vice President, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the greater Pittsburgh region.
Prior to rejoining CBRE, Jeremy spent over 6 years at JLL. During his tenure at JLL, Jeremy closed over 50 multifamily transactions, advising institutional and private capital clients on multifamily and mixed-use transactions throughout the Pittsburgh market. Jeremy originally began his commercial real estate career at CBRE as a Field Research Analyst, supporting investment sales and providing market analytics across the Pittsburgh market. Prior to his career in real estate, Jeremy was the Airport Manager for Avis Budget Group at Pittsburgh International Airport, where he led a team of managers and over 100 employees.
