Jeremy Chism is the Managing Director for the Memphis, TN, and Jackson, MS, markets. He provides leadership across leasing, investment sales, valuation, and advisory services, and debt and structured finance. His focus is on broker engagement and recruitment, strengthening client relationships, and driving business development. Jeremy actively serves his multifamily clients as a broker while supporting CBRE’s broader platform growth in both markets.
With more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jeremy is seasoned in all aspects of the transaction process and is committed to exceptional client service. Since returning to CBRE five years ago, he has emerged as a key leader within the firm’s Multifamily Investment Properties Group, helping to establish and grow the business in Memphis. His approach emphasizes thoughtful market positioning, disciplined execution, and collaboration across service lines to deliver superior results for clients.
Jeremy began his career at CBRE, where he quickly earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to many in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to rejoining CBRE, he managed the commercial mortgage banking operations in Memphis and Nashville for Bellwether Enterprise. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has originated more than $3.0 billion in investment sales, mortgage loans, joint venture financing, and equity investments across office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily property types nationwide.
