Jeremy Kroner, alongside Erik Abrahamson, lead CBRE’s Boulder office, specializing in the leasing and sale of office, industrial, flex/R&D and Life-science assets throughout Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Adams and Weld Counties. The team has closed nearly 20 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $2.0 billion in consideration, and are regarded as the leading agency leasing team in those submarkets.
In 2014, Jeremy and Erik established the team, which currently consists of six people, opening the Boulder office in 2017. Jeremy has consistently been recognized as a top producer in the region, having been nominated for the NAIOP Industrial Broker / Team of the Year from 2020 – 2025, taking home the award (NAIOP Industrial broker of the year) in 2025.
Jeremy joined CBRE in 2005 after beginning his career with Cushman and Wakefield in 2000. Jeremy has grown the firm’s presence in Boulder County from being virtually non-existent, to the clear-cut market leader within ten years. He has played a critical role in leading CBRE’s overall industrial practice in Colorado, helping solidify the group’s market leading position while accelerating the growth of rising brokers within the organization. Jeremy has built a career based on providing positive outcomes for clients across the commercial real estate industry.
