Jeremy McGown is the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s market-leading Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier Group in Dallas-Fort Worth. He is responsible for a team of over 80 brokers working in the office, industrial, healthcare and retail sectors. Under his leadership, the team strategically delivers a full spectrum of occupier service offerings to clients throughout the DFW metroplex and surrounding regions.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. McGown was Managing Director of Tenant Representation at JLL, where he was highly regarded as a leader and expert in the Dallas office market and in the broader business community. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, he served as an active-duty officer in the United States Navy. During his service, he completed multiple combat zone deployments and achieved a No. 1 ranking as junior officer at each of his commands.
