Jeremy McGown serves as the Market Leader and Executive Managing Director for Dallas-Fort Worth. McGown oversees the market’s business operations and strategic direction for the company’s Advisory Services business lines, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management across North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is responsible for a team of over 500 professionals who provide creative solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients with local, national and global real estate requirements.
Before joining CBRE, McGown was Managing Director of Tenant Representation at JLL, where he was highly regarded as a leader and expert in the DFW office sector and in the broader business community. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, he served as an active-duty officer in the United States Navy. During his service, he completed multiple combat zone deployments and achieved a No. 1 ranking amongst junior officers at each of his commands.
