Jerome Fried is a First Vice President at CBRE. Over his 14 years in brokerage, Jerome has specialized in providing strategic advisory and transaction management services to both national and global occupiers across numerous industries. He’s helped his clients complete over 4 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions, predominantly in the education, healthcare, media, and technology sectors. Most recently, Jerome led the European expansion for a U.S. based company with a real estate portfolio of over 6 million square feet.

Born in Brussels, Belgium, Jerome holds dual nationality and is a native French speaker. He graduated from The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BA in Business Economics and Political Science.
