Jesse Peron joined CBRE Tucson in early 2005. A native Tucsonan, Jesse is part of a premier retail marketing team and works closely with First Vice President Pete Villaescusa in servicing the company's developers, retail tenants and landlords. Highly specialized in serving landlords’ and tenants’ needs, he draws on his expert retail analysis and current knowledge of the Southern Arizona marketplace to drive value for clients. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, retail development, and the acquisition and disposition of retail properties, Jesse has and maintains strong relationships with retailers and landlords at the national, regional and local level.
