Jessica Guarnera leads CBRE’s comprehensive risk management program, Healthcare Shield (HCS), assisting in implementation and oversight of HCS for the facilities management operations of CBRE Healthcare accounts.
Jessica’s previous experience as an Analyst solidified her unique insights into the data, analytics, and benchmarking specific to healthcare systems. She is well-versed in compliance as it relates to Stark laws and anti-kickback statutes, which translates to assisting clients lower their risk profiles.
Previously Jessica served as Senior Business Analyst on the Cleveland Clinic account where she analyzed work order completion rates, overtime, staffing, tech utilization and KPIs for the Cleveland Clinic. Additionally, Jessica led rollout and training of new product software and improved requisitions processes.
