Ms. Soliz has over 13 years environmental consulting experience, working closely with clients during due diligence efforts across the southern and northwestern United States. Based in Dallas, Texas, she has conducted Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for a wide range of local and national clients in major banks, property developers, agency lenders, and individual owners.
As an avid environmentalist and businesswoman, Ms. Soliz’s environmental skills and training enable her to provide timely recommendations tailored to the specific needs of her clients. She is experienced in dealing with state and national regulatory agencies following ASTM Standards. Her environmental background includes detailed understanding of the risks associated with hazardous and regulated material storage, use, generation and disposal, storage tanks, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), radon, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and other regulated substances.
Her experience also includes project management and field support for soil and groundwater remediation projects, limited subsurface investigations, air sampling activities, and Phase II ESAs.
