Jessica began her real estate career at CBRE upon graduating from Lehigh University in May 2024. She works on a high-performing team alongside Executive Vice President Eric Gelber and Senior Associate Jordan Kaplan. This retail team specializes in both agency and occupier leasing—representing some of the most iconic institutional investors and leading F&B operators throughout New York City.
Jessica's career interest was sparked at a young age due to her family's involvement in the New York residential market. She began her professional journey in real estate at 19 years old when she obtained her NYS license and gained valuable sales experience as a residential agent.
Her focus shifted to commercial real estate during a summer internship at Brookfield Properties, where she worked alongside the Asset Management team. Jessica's passions extend beyond real estate to traveling, singing, reading, running, and spending quality time with loved ones.
