Jez Lawson is an Associate with the CBRE National Manufactured Housing & RV Resorts (MHRV) Specialty Practice that has notched over 300 direct career park sales since the 1990s, from California to Florida throughout the Midwest and across Canada. Jez works on both the Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance teams of the asset class, leveraging his expertise in both aspects of the business. Since joining CBRE in 2023, Jez has successfully completed over $100 Million in total consideration across sales and debt.

Jez began his commercial real estate career after graduating from SDSU with a Business Real Estate degree in 2021. Jez’s strong personal and analytical attributes give him the ability to ensure his clients get the most out of their commercial real estate transactions. Jez takes pride in bringing networks of people together – He co-founded First Fridays CRE Networking in 2022, which now has over 300 members across 40 unique real estate firms.
