Jim Bailey serves as a Vice Chairman at CBRE where he provides leasing and strategic consulting services for office occupier clients in Houston and around the country. His specialties include tenant representation and occupier services.
Since beginning his real estate career in 1988, Mr. Bailey has more than 30 years of experience assisting clients with their office space requirements. Mr. Bailey has not only represented some of Houston’s most prominent corporate and professional occupiers, all over the globe, he has brokered some of the largest office lease, sale, and build-to-suit transactions ever in Houston. He also is instrumental in bringing to bear other solutions for his clients outside his core discipline.
