Jim’s unique perspective as a Capital Markets broker is significantly enhanced by his two decades as Managing Director for the CBRE office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a role he held from 2004 – 2026. This leadership experience provided him with an unparalleled understanding of the interconnectedness of various service lines, including Leasing Services, Investment Properties, Property Management, Debt & Structured Finance, and Valuation & Appraisal Services. His prior responsibility for the successful integration of these business lines, business development, and ensuring best-in-class client service has equipped him with a holistic view of real estate investments, allowing him to uncover every opportunity and thoughtfully analyze each transaction.
As a member of CBRE Capital Markets, Jim provides clients with access to a nationally populated, proprietary database of active investors, including 1031 exchange buyers. He also leverages the full spectrum of CBRE resources, including internal analysts within the Financial Consulting Group, research, appraisal, and marketing, to deliver a strategic advantage and ensure successful outcomes for his clients.
