James Fletcher

In his 30+ year career, Jim has represented many different companies. Having completed in excess of a thousand sale and lease transactions, Jim is well positioned to provide consultative and relocation services to his clients locally, domestically and internationally. A significant recent transaction was the 2019 sale of approximately 400k SF of buildings to a confidential technology company, on behalf of the Carlyle Group. Another was the sale of a campus to Sand Hill Properties, resulting in a 300k SF lease to Machine Zone. He also coordinated a 285k SF lease to Tesla for the Tesla Headquarters, on behalf of Stanford.

During his 20+ years with CBRE, Jim has participated in transactions totaling in excess of $500 M. Focusing on the San Francisco Peninsula, Jim has assisted numerous tenants and developers in achieving their real estate goals.  He has focused extensively on the Stanford Research Park and has completed in excess of 1,000,000 SF there. 

Jim has been named the San Mateo County Broker of the Year. He resides in Los Altos, CA with his wife Lynn and their two children.
