Joanna Soh is an Account Manager for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Global Corporate Services. Her responsibilities include supporting both internal transaction management teams and external lease administration clients to obtain and use portfolio information in a way that facilitates immediate and informed decision making.
Supporting the Western Region Transaction Management Teams, Joanna acts as a business analyst in abstracting lease data in order to provide total occupancy cost comparisons and proposal summaries.
As a lease administrator for a number of clients, Joanna contributes analytics and knowledge of lease administration software platforms including ProLease, Real Estate Manager, WorkPlaceIQ, Lease Harbor, Manhattan and Business Objects to capture data to ensure lease compliance obligations are met and that the clients she serves have the ability to use accurate, targeted and timely portfolio data for strategic planning initiatives.
Joanna joins CB Richard Ellis through CBRE’s acquisition of Insignia. Prior to joining Insigna, she served as a property manager for Legacy Partners and The Voit Companies in Los Angeles. As a property manager, Joanna assisted in all building operations from start-up, financial reporting, vendor supervision, tenant liaison, budgeting, construction and lease administration.
