Jody House

Jody House has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and an established history of leasing up prominent retail centers locally and across the U.S. Jody is a well-known player in retail markets across the Midwest and East Coast. She brings significant experience representing developers and investors, and increasing the NOI of their projects by attracting high-profile tenants.

Throughout her career, Jody has leased a wide range of retail asset types, including mixed-use developments, shopping centers, lifestyle centers, regional malls and more. In the Kansas City metro area, she served as senior leasing manager with CBL and Associates Properties, where she executed over 100,000 square feet of leases across two properties: Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kan., and Cool Springs Galleria in Nashville, Tenn.

Jody also served as director of leasing for Country Club Plaza with Highwoods Properties, where she leased and merchandised more than 750,000 square feet of space to high-profile tenants. In addition, Jody has overseen and executed leasing and merchandising efforts for various development firms, investors and retailers throughout the Midwest and East Coast, including Steiner + Associates, Equity Properties and Development, Sterling Inc. (Now Signet) and Petrie Stores Corporation.

During her 11 years as senior vice president with Steiner + Associates, Ms. House leased Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio—one of the top 30 highest-performing retail centers in America—and consistently ranked as a top producer at the firm, playing an integral part in executing approximately 2 million square feet of retail leases across a five-state portfolio.
