Joe Cybulski serves as First Vice President within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group.
Based in New York City, Joe uses his extensive market knowledge to help companies navigate large, complex office leasing transactions that align with their broader business objectives. With a focus on the unique operational needs of dynamic organizations including workplace utilization, talent attraction & retention, and cost optimization, Joe excels at developing customized office occupancy strategies for his clients.
In addition to his local expertise, Joe helps companies manage their multi-market office portfolios, leveraging CBRE’s global platform to ensure their real estate is optimized.
His diverse client base spans various industries, including technology, finance, law, media, and non-profit organizations, from start-ups to large corporations, enabling him to adeptly advise a range of clients at all stages of their business journey.
Before joining CBRE, Joe was a member of the Office Advisory Group at Colliers International in Downtown Chicago.
Over his 14+ year career, Joe has successfully completed transactions covering more than 1 million square feet and established a proven track record for providing innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients.
