Joe Franco

Joe Franco, with more than 15 years of experience, is Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction | Investor Leasing team in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Franco focuses on leading project leasing and the strategic marketing of office properties throughout Charlotte on behalf of institutional and private investors.

Mr. Franco is a strategic partner and advisor to his clients. He cultivates a deep relationship and understanding of their short and long-term goals, such as building a larger portfolio in the region or finding solutions related to disposition, firm branding, and truly listens to their needs. He has become one of the most trusted partners in the Charlotte market for this very reason.

Mr. Franco has been involved in some of Charlotte's largest lease transactions in recent years, and those experiences have been invaluable to his work with institutional investors and on projects that require a high level of competency in dealing with Fortune 500 companies, etc.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Franco served as Senior Vice President at Cushman and Wakefield.

Mr. Franco is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and currently lives in the Dilworth/Southend neighborhood with his wife, Courtney, two sons Beau and Mac and hunting dog, Dutch.
