Joseph Freitas

Joe Freitas is a First Vice President for CBRE’s Office Agency Leasing team in South Florida, working exclusively with John Criddle, Max Pawk, and Allie Lancashire. The team oversees a diverse office portfolio of over 4 million square feet across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Freitas has specialized in the leasing of office properties since 2013. As a well-known South Florida office properties expert, he proactively provides his clients with strategic advice to drive leasing activity, increase tenant retention, maximize rental rates and stabilize operating income. For each transaction, he collaborates with the client to define business requirements, analyze opportunities, develop strategies and execute solutions to protect their interests and create value.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Freitas was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield platform for over eight years, where he partnered with John Criddle to grow their portfolio from approximately 1 million square to over 3 million square feet, representing strong institutional and private capital ownership groups throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
