Joe Graham

Joe Graham joined the Investment Properties group of CBRE|Raleigh in October 2001. Joe’s primary focus is on the sale of single tenant net leased investment properties or portfolios representing developers, owner occupants in sale/leaseback transactions, or individual owners/family offices. He also assists private capital buyers in finding replacement properties to facilitate 1031/1033 exchange transactions.  

Since joining CBRE|Raleigh, Joe has transacted over $2 Billion in single tenant net leased deals. In most transactions, Joe represents developers, private capital, and/or REITs that specialize in single tenant NNN properties with a focus on retail, medical office, and industrial product.  

Before coming to CBRE|Raleigh, Joe was a financial advisor for the Private Client Group at Morgan Stanley in Atlanta, GA.
