Joe Horrigan is a Vice President with CBRE’s Institutional Properties team and has been with CBRE for eight years based in Chicago, IL. In July, 2022, he transitioned from the role of Senior Investment Sales Analyst. Joe is experienced in the entire execution process, including pre-marketing due diligence, analysis, production of offering materials, deal marketing, and closing. Joe is partners with Mike Caprile, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of the North Central Region, which specialize in industrial institutional investment property sales across the nation with a primary focus on the Midwest. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off local dispositions ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion in size.

Joe is also a member of CBRE National Partners, twenty industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model. They deliver superior information, analytics and strategy, leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack.
