Joe Horrigan is a Vice President with CBRE’s Institutional Properties team and has been with CBRE for 11 years based in Chicago, IL. Joe specializes in representing institutional, private, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and sourcing the equity capital stack in industrial real estate transactions. Joe is partners with Mike Caprile, Ryan Bain, Zach Graham, Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith of the North Central Region, which specialize in industrial institutional investment property sales across the nation with a primary focus on the Midwest. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off local dispositions ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion in size.

Joe is a member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets. Located in fourteen key markets, the 118 investment sales and support professionals connect local market expertise to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, National Partners provides strategic advisory guidance to maximize proceeds and enhance the surety of execution for national, regional and local clients. Since formation, the partnership successfully completed transactions totaling 3.5 billion sq. ft. with an aggregate value of $79.4 billion.
