Joe Kemp is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceptional service. Since joining CBRE in 2017, he has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions, totaling millions of square feet throughout Metro Detroit, Michigan, and beyond. Prior to joining CBRE, Joe worked for a local development and general contracting company, where he gained a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
As a CBRE professional, Joe serves a diverse range of clients, from local building owners and companies to national and global corporations. He has a unique understanding of the industrial and vacant land markets, and is well-versed in the complexities of commercial real estate transactions.
Outside the office, Joe enjoys staying active and pursuing his passion for sports. He’s an avid hunter, snowboarder, hiker, and lacrosse coach. He believes that staying physically active and competitive helps him stay focused and driven in his professional endeavors.
