Joe Pagliari is a Senior Financial Analyst with the Capital Markets - Financial Consulting Group in CBRE’s Oakbrook office. He focuses on executing all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal to the coordination of closing and due diligence processes. His main responsibilities include investment underwriting and client/buyer communication.
Joe is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. The team, comprised of 50 investment professionals, connects local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Joe works hand-in-hand with brokers and clients to ensure that deals are underwritten correctly and transactions are successfully completed.
Prior to joining CBRE, Joe was a Senior Project Manager for a data management company, Millennia Group.
