Joe Parrott is a senior Vice President of Retail Services at CBRE. He specializes in leasing retail anchor space, power centers and major anchored shopping centers. Joe has spent over two decades at CBRE helping clients maximize the value of their retail assets. He is a trusted advisor who utilizes the firm’s industry leading research and technology tools to formulate and execute leasing strategies that drive value for his clients.

Joe’s dedication to excelling at market knowledge, relationships with key industry players and staying at the forefront of trends gives him the ability to help clients make informed decisions. As a result, he has completed hundreds of anchor leases with industry leading retailers in every retail category including apparel, electronics, grocery, sporting goods, furniture, fitness, entertainment, home improvement, discount stores and more. Joe has served as leasing agent for clients that includes industry leading REITs, Institutional owners and developers including WPG, PGIM, DDR, CIM, Kimco, Regency Centers, Pine Tree, Bridge 33, Simon, Seritage, Vereit, Schottenstein and many more.

Joe has consistently been among the top producers at CBRE both locally and nationally, has been recognized as a leader by others including CoStar and is a three-time Retail Broker of the Year award recipient. He is a regular speaker, contributor and commentator for media publications and industry conferences. Joe has served on advisory committees for both CBRE and ICSC.
