Joe Pequeno is a Senior Associate in CBRE's Phoenix office, working in partnership with Jamie Swirtz on leasing and selling office properties throughout Phoenix and Arizona.

Before joining CBRE, Joe served as a Vice President at NAI Horizon, specializing in office advisory services and supporting clients across a broad range of requirements. His earlier career as a broadcast journalist provides him with a unique foundation in storytelling, market insight, and relationship development.
Joe has been a recognizable media figure in Arizona since 2005, earning two Edward R. Murrow Awards, seven Emmy Awards, and seven Associated Press Awards during his tenure as a television sportscaster. His broadcasting journey began at Turner Broadcasting's SportSouth Network in Atlanta and continued through multiple markets, including El Paso, Tampa, Bakersfield, Lake Charles, Dothan, Little Rock, and Phoenix. He also serves as a Play‑by‑Play announcer for the Indoor Football League, Cal State Bakersfield, and Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
A New York City native, Joe is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned his bachelor's degree in mass communications with a minor in sociology.
