Joe Ramsberger is a Vice President with CBRE’S Orlando Retail Services, specializing in all aspects of retail brokerage such as site acquisition, disposition, portfolio strategy and transaction management for retail real estate clients across the Southeast Region.
Mr. Ramsberger joined CBRE in 2016 and has built strong relationships with local, regional and national retail developers and tenants specializing in tenant representation of large retail anchors, junior anchors, outparcel and inline users. Since starting in commercial real estate in 2016, Mr. Ramsberger has represented several local and national retailers in their expansion across the state of Florida.
Mr. Ramsberger also provides landlord advisory services to national retail developers, large institutions, and local landlords to assist in the development and leasing process. Since 2023, Mr. Ramsberger has played a pivotal role in advising ICON Park, a prominent attraction in the heart of the I-Drive tourist corridor, known for attracting over 5 million visitors annually. Under his guidance, ICON Park’s leasing efforts have been concentrated on attracting global brands seeking to establish their flagship locations in Florida.
