Joe Riley

Joe Riley specializes in tenant representation working with corporate and local business, ranging from start-ups to venture capital-funded growth companies to define their real estate needs, develop and implement high level strategy and guide his clients through the process of renewing, relocating or expanding their facilities locally and globally. Joe provides the highest level of service and expertise to deliver measurable results to his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Joe worked as Vice President at Colliers International in the Seattle office where he was a founding member of their Puget Sound Tenant Advisory Group.

Joe had a career in basketball coaching collegiately at the University of San Francisco. He played and coached professionally in Copenhagen, Denmark. While in college, Joe co-founded the first certified ecofriendly ‘Green’ house painting company in northern California and quickly built it into a $1.5 million business in its first year.
