Johanna leads the New York City Marketing team, providing strategic direction and guidance for all marketing efforts across Business Development, Property Marketing, and Growth. In addition to Johanna’s leadership in New York City, she has an expanded role leading National Occupier Business Development—a specialized team of creatives focused on delivering strategic solutions at the point of sale for CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions accounts business.
A born collaborator, Johanna leads two dynamic creative teams of marketing leaders, specialists, graphic designers, and writers—partnering with executive leadership, stakeholders, and clients to differentiate our solutions, help grow existing relationships and win new business to drive revenue growth and market share.
She is responsible for the expansion of our brand—employing unique storytelling, cultivating exceptional client-focused marketing solutions, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology mediums to produce innovative concepts and top-quality marketing deliverables.
Johanna’s career at CBRE began in Los Angeles nearly 16 years ago; she then moved back East, where she led marketing efforts for the suburban operations throughout the TriState region before entering the NYC market.
