Johanna Clark-Wendt leads National Business Development Marketing for CBRE’s Advisory business, working across regions and sectors to drive revenue growth and expand market share at the point of sale.
Her team supports the firm’s most complex and high-value occupier and investor opportunities through disciplined pursuit planning, clear and differentiated positioning and elevated creativity. Working closely with sales professionals, solutions and client development teams, platform partners and executive leadership, the team brings CBRE’s client-focused solutions to life and helps position the firm to win new business.
Committed to innovation and future-ready ways of working, Johanna is actively testing and advancing AI-enabled initiatives that strengthen how Business Development teams operate by streamlining workflows, reducing friction and creating more time for creative storytelling and execution.
Alongside her national role, Johanna oversees the New York City Marketing team, shaping strategy across Business Development and Property Marketing to support more than 200 sales professionals.
With nearly 20 years at CBRE, Johanna began her career in Los Angeles and has held leadership roles throughout the New York Tri-State region.
