John is a Sector Vice President in the Technology Sector at CBRE, where he leads enterprise Integrated Facilities Management for a portfolio of marquee accounts including Nike and Expedia. He partners with C-suite stakeholders and account leadership to translate facilities performance into measurable business outcomes at global scale.
Prior to his current role, John served as Alliance Director on the Providence Health System account, where he led a team delivering integrated real estate services across an 18M SF, 750-site portfolio. Before Providence, he spent nearly a decade on a Retail account, scaling the Account Operations, Transaction Management, and Portfolio Services team from six onsite professionals in Seattle to a 75-person operation spanning shared service centers in Memphis, Manila, and Mexico City.
John holds a B.S. in Economics from Seattle University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
