John joined E*TRADE on May 2nd of 2012 as the Retail Branch Facility Manager with CBRE and is based out of his home office in Bear Delaware. John is responsible for day to day maintenance management and operations of 30 E*TRADE Retail branches across the US. This includes visiting each branch 2 times yearly, managing all facility vendors along with overseeing the maintenance, facility issues including OPEX and CAPEX at each retail branch. John will also act as lead PJM on any projects that are performed in the retail portfolio. John has over 30 years of retail facilities/project, program and construction management experience working on accounts such as Wells Fargo/Wachovia/First Union, AT&T, McDonalds, John is also a Veteran of the United States Navy (Seabees) where he worked on Navy projects from Spain to Kure Island.John attended Montgomery College in Md and is a certified RPA (Real Property Administrator) through BOMI.
