His multilingual skills have served his clients well in closing scores of sales and lease transactions throughout Northern Baja. He has a clear understanding of the many intricacies involved in completing Mexico-based transactions.
During his career, he has also assisted many Mexico-based institutional investors in the sale of both finished product and development sites. Some of these clients include KIMCO, PGIM, and Hines. He has also represented 3PL’s and medical parts manufacturers in acquiring major distribution centers in Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
Throughout his career, he has been a knowledgeable source for industrial users with space needs in the Cali Baja region of California and Northern Baja.

Our team focuses on the Northern Baja and South County San Diego markets commonly known as the “CaliBaja” region. We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operation of cross-border business as well as localized success in both markets.
We perceive this area as a unified region, and so does the prominent multinational and Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution community. It’s important to understand that the world extends beyond borders, and we actively operate on both sides.
We have sold over 1000 acres of industrial land to users and developers, participated in the sale of 45 Buildings totaling in excess of 7.0M SF and since 2020 have leased over 3.0M SF.
This experience translates to an unparalleled depth of knowledge of the Northern Baja/San Diego Super Region and what it takes to succeed in the realm of real estate in this area.
