John began his career in the Research Department at CBRE in 2004, responsible for analyzing and reporting on the entire Metropolitan Washington Region. Since moving into the transaction side of real estate John has focused on the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia Office Market, successfully specializing in agency and occupier brokerage.
John’s background in research, his deal-making ability and his strong analytic skills make him well-positioned to provide insightful and creative real estate solutions to both his tenant and landlord clients. Since entering brokerage he has leased over 10 million square feet on behalf of his Landlord and Tenant clients.
John is actively involved in the community as a volunteer lacrosse coach, named a Fairfax County Champion of Character Coach of the Year in 2013. John is also a member of NAIOP and is involved in its Developing Leaders Program.
