John Dunstan

John Dunstan, based in Dallas, helps organize the activities of CBRE’s Digital Infrastructure Services business line which assists clients with managing their data centers and related facilities.

Prior to this role, Mr. Dunstan was the CEO of CBRE’s enterprise facilities management business where he led a global team of 53,000+ professionals to deliver highly effective occupier work environments to many of the world’s leading corporations. Among other responsibilities, these teams enabled the efficient and effective operations of data centers around the world.

Since joining CBRE in 2012, Mr. Dunstan has held a variety of leadership roles, including Global Chief Operating Officer for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and CEO of the GWS APAC business. Earlier, he had responsibility for the CBRE GWS Data Centre Solutions business – the global, market-leading provider of across-the-board lifecycle services to data center owners, occupiers and investors.

With over 20 years of facilities management leadership, he has demonstrated a proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing teams – ensuring a consistent, industry-leading performance across all core business functions. Mr. Dunstan has broad expertise in managing high-growth businesses, sales, operations and start-ups, proven by an impressive track record of cultivating critical relationships with stakeholders to drive business excellence.
