As leader for Advisory Services in Atlanta, Mr. Ferguson oversees operations of the
company’s Atlanta, Savannah and Birmingham offices and drives its growth strategy for all Advisory Service lines
of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Debt &
Structured Finance, Property Management, Valuation & Advisory Services and
Project Management.
He is responsible for the activities of more than 500 professionals across the full spectrum of the Company’s business lines. Mr. Ferguson received CBRE’s President’s Award on three occasions, recognizing his outstanding performance as the Atlanta market leader.
He is a former office occupier specialist in the Atlanta office, where he helped a wide range of companies to plan and execute their real estate strategies.
Prior to entering the real estate field in 2001, he was local President of a leading risk management and insurance firm in Atlanta. Mr. Ferguson is a native of Athens, Georgia, and a graduate of The University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and has two children.
