John Haynes

John Haynes is a Senior Vice President for the CBRE Land Services Group in Atlanta. Along with his partner Scott McGregor, Mr. Haynes has negotiated the sale or acquisition of all classifications of land ranging from high profile mixed use sites to urban highrise sites to larger timber and recreational tracts. Since 2007, Mr. Haynes has participated in over 500 land transactions valued at over $1.2 billion. Mr. Haynes has represented clients ranging from private landowners to institutional and national clients, including numerous financial institutions.

Mr. Haynes joined CBRE in January 2013 following its acquisition of Resource Real Estate Partners. Mr. Haynes was a Land Specialist for Resource for six years, where he gained his specialized experience in land transactions and was a member of the land team that holds the all-time record for highest volume of land sales in one year at $153 million, recognized in 2015 by Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
