John Heald

John represents clients with complex real estate portfolios. His goal is to ensure the underlying real estate is serving tangible business objectives. He co-leads a team of 10 professionals in the CBRE Tampa Office specializing in Office, Healthcare, and Industrial portfolios.

Prior to his real estate career, John dedicated four years serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. I his final assignment, John was a Company Commander responsible for the training and welfare of 472 Marines within the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion. He left the Marine Corps as Captain in 2010. He regularly devotes his time to helping other veterans find careers outside of the military.

Prior to joining CBRE, John was with JLL, where he consistently earned recognition as one of the firm's leading performers. By leveraging his expertise in strategic planning and organizational efficiency gained during his military service, John is adept at developing comprehensive real estate solutions that provide both immediate and long-term advantages for his clients. He has successfully managed transactions exceeding $3.76 billion in leasing and sales volume, representing clients across North America and internationally.
