Having spent the entirety of his decade-long real estate career with CBRE, Mr. Holmes is based in the company’s Atlanta office which serves as an anchor for the Southeastern United States and is among the global company’s largest and most productive business locations. From an early point in his career, his diverse skillset and deep ties within the metro Atlanta area have afforded him the opportunity to advise occupier clients in virtually every commercial submarket. From performing small, one-off commercial transactions to addressing organizations’ extended portfolio issues, Mr. Holmes seeks to be a true partner for his clients, catering to broader organizational goals beyond real estate.
