Mr. Kelly is an Executive Vice President at CBRE leading the New England Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance team. John joined CBRE in March 2012, and during this time was named a partner in the firm. He is responsible for arranging debt and structured financing on multifamily properties for his clients on a national basis.
Mr. Kelly brings 20 years of experience in the multi-housing real estate finance industry to New England’s leading Multifamily Investment Sales team. During his time at CBRE, John has financed over 20,000 units accounting for approximately $3.5 billion worth of financings. Mr. Kelly has established significant relationships throughout the industry and maintains an extensive network of lenders and clients. For each of the past five years, Mr. Kelly has been ranked nationally in the top 10% of all CBRE producers.
CBRE is a Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac and FHA licensed direct lender. John leverages these programs along with life company, local/regional banks, CMBS and boutique lenders to offer his clients customized financing solutions that match the business plan for each individual transaction.
