Over his career, John has focused on sourcing debt for multifamily assets across the country with a focus on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Agency Financings. His extensive knowledge of the multifamily market allows him to work closely with clients to align their business strategies with the right financing solutions. His hands on approach and detailed knowledge of each transaction have been a cornerstone of providing his clients with exceptional client service. During his career, Mr Kelly has completed over $10 Billion in financings, ranking him in the top 10% of all CBRE producers nationally.
