John Latessa serves as Group President for CBRE’s Enterprise line of business, leading its Business Performance and Risk function. In this role, John is responsible for driving the commercial discipline and governance for CBRE’s largest business. John also has executive oversight of CBRE J&J Worldwide. 

Prior to this, John was President of Advisory Services for CBRE’s Midwest Region, where he provided executive oversight of CBRE's operations across all Midwest markets and drove growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business. 

John is known for his deep institutional knowledge, built over nearly 20 years with CBRE, his track record of driving growth across multiple lines of business simultaneously, and a deep understanding of client needs. 

John has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, leasing, construction, financing, dispositions, and building operations management. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a Principal/Managing Director of JFK Investment Company, L.L.C., and a Project Manager/Director of Marketing with Hines Interest Limited Partnership ("Hines"). His past responsibilities include office, retail, hotel, and strategic land and building acquisitions, development, leasing, and new business procurement for the region. 

Preceding Hines, John was the manager of corporate real estate for Kelly Services, Inc., and was responsible for a portfolio in excess of six million sq. ft. Additionally, John worked as a broker for Grubb & Ellis, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office and industrial properties.
